Self-catering, ground-floor flatlet for single person use. Available for longer lets if required.

The flatlet opens off the conservatory and is suitable for retreats or longer stays.

There is a kitchen area fully equipped with crockery, cutlery etc., and a cooker, fridge and microwave.

At the opposite end of the flat is an en-suite shower room.

The flat is self-contained with entry through the conservatory, which visitors are welcome to use if they wish.

Prices for the flat are £120 per week for self-catering, £30 per night for bed and breakfast.
